Daniel Stolz to Discuss Important Bankruptcy Case Law Updates at Honorable William H. Gindin Bench Bar Conference

Daniel M. Stolz, Esq., lead Partner of the firm's Bankruptcy, Reorganization & Creditors' Rights Practice, will participate as a panelist at the 2022 Honorable William H. Gindin Bench Bar Conference hosted by the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey on May 6th.

This distinguished panel, including Bankruptcy Judge Vincent F. Papalia, will provide case law updates including a review and discussion recent bankruptcy opinions from the District of New Jersey and Third Circuit.

5.4 NJ MCLE credits have been approved toward NJ/NY including 1.2 diversity, ethics and inclusion credits and 4.5 CLE credits have been approved toward PA including 1.0 ethics credit.
