Jennifer Roselle and Joseph Hannon to Discuss Intricacies of Prepping for Labor Negotiations at Upcoming NJSLOM Webinar

Firm Counsel Jennifer Roselle and Joseph Hannon will participate in a webinar presentation entitled "Prepping For Labor Negotiations: Who Needs to be Involved, What’s Negotiable, and the Expected Costs" for The New Jersey State League of Municipalities, Government Finance Officers Association, and the New Jersey Municipal Managers Association on October 7th.

Ms. Roselle and Mr. Hannon will participate a panel entitled "Labor Negotiations -  Who are the Key Players and What are their Roles" where they will discuss the timeline of the negotiation process the checklist of tasks that need to be done. 

Mr. Hannon will then present "Interest Arbitration - The 9 Factors" where he will discuss the New Law and the costs as well as outline the arbitration process. Ms. Roselle will present "Negotiable Issues - What is Negotiable on a Labor Contract and What is Not" where she will discuss 8-10 of the most common issues.
