Sydney M. Schubert, Associate, dedicates her practice to Labor Law, Employment Counseling, and Alcohol and Beverage Laws. Ms. Schubert has vast knowledge of labor negotiations and arbitrations, Human Resources and non-compete counseling, and liquor licensing. Ms. Schubert also has experience in Bankruptcy & Restructuring and litigation matters.

Ms. Schubert graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2022 with a formal concentration in Health Law and was sworn in at the Genova Burns office in Newark in November 2022. Prior to that, she attended the University of Colorado Boulder where she completed a 4-year program in 3 years, and graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy.

Ms. Schubert served as a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Office of the Principal Legal Advisor in 2020. Immediately after her internship, Ms. Schubert started her legal career as a law clerk for Genova Burns LLC where she has co-authored numerous blog posts, articles, and presentations.
