Michael H. Freeman brings nearly three decades of experience in commercial litigation, employment law, and white-collar criminal defense. Since joining the firm in 2025, Michael has skillfully represented a diverse client base, including corporations, hospitals, and educational institutions, in high-stakes disputes involving contracts, commercial torts, and real estate matters.

Michael is also a trusted advocate for public entities and private employers, providing strategic defense in civil rights and constitutional cases, as well as employment-related claims, such as discrimination and wrongful termination. His extensive appellate work includes successful cases before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits and the New Jersey Supreme Court.

A magna cum laude graduate of George Washington University Law School, Michael served on the prestigious George Washington Law Review. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.

Michael is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and multiple federal courts, including the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits. He has served on the New Jersey Supreme Court District Ethics Committee and was a Barrister in the Employment Law American Inn of Court.
