Donald Clarke Appointed to New Jersey State Bar Association Business and Commercial Litigation Committee

We are pleased to announce that firm Partner Donald W. Clarke, Esq., has been appointed as a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Business and Commercial Litigation Committee.

He brings substantive experience in a wide range of complex commercial matters concerning bankruptcy, restructuring and state court insolvency.
