Angelo J. Genova Press Conference for Jersey City School District Covered by Media

Firm Chairman and Managing Partner Angelo J. Genova spoke at a press conference in front of the President Barack Obama Elementary School in Jersey City, NJ, where the Jersey City Board of Education announced that it has filed a lawsuit against the state of New Jersey. The Board is challenging planned state funding cuts over the next six years and alleged that the cuts are unconstitutional and have harmed the district’s 30,000 students. Mr. Genova is the lead attorney for the Jersey City School District.
