Rajiv D. Parikh Named Senior Transition Counsel to Governor-Elect Phil Murphy

Governor-Elect Phil Murphy appoints Genova Burns Partner Rajiv D. Parikh to serve as Senior Counsel to his transition team. In appointing Parikh, the Governor-Elect called him one of the foremost attorneys in the state, and said, “Over the past few years, my staff and I could always rely on Raj for straightforward and accurate advice. … Raj will be vital to ensuring that our incoming administration doesn’t just live up to the letter of the law, but to its spirit as well.”
