Firm Chairman Angelo J. Genova Secures Defense Verdict on Behalf of the Township of Irvington in Sexual Harassment Case

Chairman Angelo J. Genova successfully obtained a defense verdict on behalf of the Township of Irvington after a two-week trial in which an employee alleged sexual assault against the Mayor of Irvington and vicarious liability against the Township. Firm Counsel Nicholas J. Repici sat second chair to Mr. Genova and Associate Kevin R. Miller provided trial support.
