Celia S. Bosco Has Been Reappointed to the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law for a New Term

Celia S. Bosco has been reappointed to the New Jersey Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law for a new 3-yr term. Appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the state’s highest appellate court, members of the Committee investigate complaints alleging the unauthorized practice of law in New Jersey and also issue advisory opinions pertaining to the unauthorized practice of law.  Ms. Bosco has been a member of the UPL Committee since 2011. Ms. Bosco  is Of Counsel with the firm and a member of the firm’s Appellate Practice, Complex Commercial Litigation, and Health & Hospital Law Practice Groups.
