Managing Partner Brian W. Kronick to Present Seminar at the New Jersey League of Municipalities 2016 Convention

Firm Managing Partner Brian W. Kronick will be presenting a seminar today at the New Jersey League of Municipalities 2016 Convention entitled “The Sun is Not Setting on Chapter 78”. This session will focus on negotiations obligations for municipalities regarding the contributions tiers of Chapter 78 and the sunset provision of its health benefits took effect in June 2015. Concentrating on how Chapter 78 operates for both union and non-union employees. In addition to discussing the Cadillac tax for plans under the Affordable Care Act will be and the tax that comes into effect in January 2020. Mayor of Burlington Township, Brian Carlin, will preside over the presentation.
