Partner Dina M. Mastellone to Present Seminar to the New Jersey Coalition of Automotive Retailers

Dina M. Mastellone, Chair of Genova Burns’ Human Resource Training & Audit Programs Group and Partner in the Employment Law & Litigation Practice Group, will present a seminar to the New Jersey Coalition of Automotive Retailers on the topic Hiring & Firing Best Practices on November 17. This presentation will discuss the “Dos and Don’ts” of hiring and firing, including pre-employment testing, employment applications, social medial searches, criminal background checks and the job interview process. Tips will also be provided for performance documentation, employee reprimands/termination and practical advice on how to minimize litigation risk.
