Counsel Brigette N. Eagan to present at an Employment Law Seminar for the National Business Institute, November 2. Ms. Eagan will present on the topics of Discipline and Discharge and will discuss putting a discipline policy in place proactively, evaluating employee performance while mitigating liability, minimizing liability when discharging an employee, and common mistakes to avoid during discharge.
