John Vreeland and Nicholas Repici to Present "Employer's Survival Guide for the Wage & Hour Litigation Era" for the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey HR Council

Firm Partner John R. Vreeland and Senior Associate Nicholas J. Repici will present a seminar entitled “The Employer’s Survival Guide for the Wage & Hour Litigation Era” to the Human Resources Council of the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey at their first meeting on Tuesday, January 26th. Mr. Vreeland and Mr. Repici will provide attendees an overview of wage and hour “basics” before delving deeper into the subject area to explore common misconceptions & pitfalls employers may experience, a review of new USDOL regulations, as well as the realities of FLSA litigation all private sector employers in New Jersey face and proactive steps they can take to protect themselves.
Mr. Vreeland is based in the Firm’s Newark, New Jersey office and is the Director of the Wage & Hour Compliance Practice Group and a member of the Education Law and Labor Law Practice Groups.
Mr. Repici is based in the Firm’s Camden, New Jersey office and is a member of the Education Law, Employment Law & Litigation and Labor Law Practice Groups.
