Former Congressman Herbert C. Klein Joins Genova Burns as Of Counsel

Genova Burns is pleased to announce that the Honorable Herbert C. Klein, former United States Congressman, has joined the Firm as Of Counsel and member of the Commercial Real Estate & Redevelopment Law Practice Group.

Klein represented New Jersey in the United States House of Representatives (D. New Jersey's 8th District) for one term. Before government service he was recognized as one of the state's top trial lawyers. While in Congress, Mr. Klein served as a leader in the House Banking and Science Committees.

Upon his return to the practice of law, Mr. Klein has devoted his practice to counseling financial institutions, banks, insurance companies and private industry serving their government relations, finance, real estate and litigation needs serving as a Name Partner in the firm Nowell Amoroso Klein Bierman. An active philanthropist, Mr. Klein earned a B.A. from Rutgers University, an LLB and a DJS from Harvard Law School and an LLM from New York University.
