Firm Ethics Counsel Joseph A. Bottitta will join Professor Paula Franzese, the Peter W. Rodino Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law, on April 3, 2014 beginning at 5pm at Seton Hall Law School for a CLE entitled "The (A)ffective Assistance of Counsel: Leading with Integrity in Challenging Times." The course will discuss Attorney Professionalism in Challenging Times, The Five Practices of an Ethical Lawyer, and Ethics Reforms for the Legal Profession/The Majesty and Promise of the Law.
