As a Senior Partner based in the firm’s Jersey City office, Mr. Paolino brings over four decades of legal experience to his practice. A Jersey City native, he specializes in real estate development, tax abatement, zoning, land use, and redevelopment matters. His portfolio includes securing governmental approvals and financing for some of New Jersey’s most iconic projects. In addition to his commercial real estate practice, Mr. Paolino serves as General Counsel to Saint Peter’s University and has extensive experience in corporate law, litigation, and municipal incentives.

Gerard D. Pizzillo, Esq. focuses on commercial real estate, redevelopment, tax abatement, and land use in New Jersey and New York. A Jersey City resident, he has played a key role in navigating complex real estate transactions, drafting and negotiating agreements, and representing public housing authorities in regulatory compliance.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Pizzillo supports the arts through his involvement with Art House Productions, an organization dedicated to advancing visual and performing arts in Jersey City.
