Jennifer Mazawey to Present Webinar on Avoiding Pitfalls in the Land Use Notice Process in New Jersey

Partner Jennifer Mazawey, member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate & Redevelopment Law, Environmental Law, Construction Law & Litigation, Land Use & Approvals, and Education Law Practice Groups, will be presenting a webinar on the land use process in New Jersey on September 19^th through NJICLE.  Presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Land Use Section, the course will examine why public notices in land use applications are so important and how to draft notices so your hearing is not delayed, or an approval overturned because of defective notice.
