Firm Blog Expands to Cover Labor and Employment Issues

Today Genova Burns announced the launch of its newly expanded Labor and Employment Law Blog.
In addition to covering the latest developments in the area of Labor Law, the Blog will now include comments and analyses by the firm’s Employment Law & Litigation practice group.
“This expansion will broaden the scope of our Blog so that GBGW attorneys may provide the most up to date coverage of developments in state, federal and administrative law which may impact employers,” said the firm’s Managing Partner Brian Kronick.
Posts on the Labor Law blog this past year have covered topics ranging from NLRB decisions, immigration law and the Affordable Care Act.
Mr. Kronick continued: “In addition to keeping our clients and friends informed on areas pertaining to unionized workplaces, we will now increase our coverage of employment matters to include topics ranging from discrimination and wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, personnel policies including handling social media, employment contracts and handbooks, and all related issues. “
