Genova Burns Receives Approval For Apartment Development in Former School Building

Bloomfield Life and Northjersey.com reported the approval by the Bloomfield Planning Board of Urban Smart Growth’s proposed project to turn the former South Junior High School building into 114 apartments. Genova Burns is the attorney for the project. The ornate, historically significant building had been empty for a quarter of a century; planners hope to attract commuters and those who will take advantage of several nearby mass transit options.
