Rebecca Moll Freed to present a workshop entitled “501(c)(3) Non-Profits and Elections: Seizing Opportunities and Avoiding Pitfalls”

On Tuesday, September 11 from 8:30am – 12:00pm, Firm Counsel Rebecca Moll Freed will present a workshop entitled “501(c)(3) Non-Profits and Elections:  Seizing Opportunities and Avoiding Pitfalls” for the Center for Non-Profits.  Ms. Freed will provide a discussion regarding voter engagement initiatives for non-profit organizations.   The workshop is designed to provide non-profit organizations with the necessary information to encourage voter education and election participation.  Topics to be explored include voter registration dos and don’ts, rules for ballot questions and New Jersey voting regulations.
