Genova Burns Wins Jury Trial in Hudson County Representing Leading Retailer

Genova Burns Partner Jim Bucci and Associates Peter Berk and Lauren Marcus recently obtained  a jury verdict following a two-week jury trial in Hudson County, NJ.  The plaintiff had asserted claims of employment discrimination under the NJ Law Against Discrimination arising out of her termination from employment with the firm’s client, a leading retail business that operates throughout the United States.  The jury deliberated for approximately one hour before finding in favor of the client.
