Renewable Energy Development, Planning, Policy and the Law

Firm Partner William Harrison, Esq. and firm Associate Cynthia L. M. Holland, Esq., recently participated in a panel discussion at the New Jersey American Planning Association 2011 New Jersey Planning Conference on the topic of Renewable Energy. Mr. Harrison and Ms. Holland, along with their co-panelists, discussed, among other topics, New Jersey's renewable energy policy, the draft Energy Master Plan, recent amendments to the Municipal Land Use Law concerning renewable energy and municipal ordinances regulating renewable energy facilities.
