Brian W. Kronick to Present at the New Jersey State League of Municipalities Professional Development Seminar on Wage and Hour Issues

Partner Brian W. Kronick will speak at the New Jersey State League of Municipalities Professional Development Seminar entitled, “Wage and Hour.”  Mr. Kronick will review wage and hour issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act and New Jersey’s Wage and Hour laws and cover topics including hours of work, overtime, payment of wages, and special wage and hour issues and recordkeeping. The seminar will be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2010, from 8:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza in Monroe Twp, NJ.
