Keith A. Krauss to Conduct Seminars at Janome Institute

Counsel Keith A. Krauss will serve as an instructor at the Janome Institute in Orlando, Florida at a one week conference from Thursday, July 2 through Tuesday, July 7. Mr. Krauss, director of the GBV Business Law & Commercial Transactions Practice Group, will be giving a seminar entitled, “Legal and Financial Issues for Small Businesses” which will be held four times over the course of the conference. The class instruction will include topics such as the description of various forms of business entities, ownership and governance, and lifetime transfer to heirs.
The Janome Institute, which draws over 1,200 people from across the globe, hosts educational conferences for executives from Janome, the world’s leading sewing machine manufacturer, division heads from across the globe as well as dealers and vendors from the US, Canada and Mexico.
