Firm Partner and Labor & Employment Law specialist Patrick W. McGovern, Esq. will present on a panel for NJBIZ entitled, "FTC Non-Compete Ban - What Businesses Need To Know" on May 15th.
Mr. McGovern and his panel will discuss the Federal Trade Commission vote to ban the use of noncompetition agreements for almost all workers in the U.S. The rule is expected to take effect in four months unless it is blocked by legal challenges.
