About the Program

NJ CAR will be hosting an in-person seminar on the practical applications of the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the interplay with the New Jersey Family Leave Act (NJFLA) & the Americans With Disability Act (ADA).

The seminar will focus on the notice requirements and required forms under the FMLA/NJFLA & explore various aspects of employee accommodation under the ADA.
