Joe Hannon To Present Sick & Vacation Leave and Interest Arbitration & Negotiations Workshops At The New Jersey State League of Municipalities' 2022 Annual Conference

Firm Counsel and Labor Law specialist Joseph M. Hannon, Esq. to present two workshops this year at the New Jersey State League of Municipalities Annual Conference in Atlantic City.

Mr. Hannon's first workshop, entitled "OSC Sick & Vacation Leave Report: Lessons to Learn" will take place November 15th. 

Workshop Description

This summer, the Acting State Comptroller issued a report on municipal sick & vacation leave policies highlighting inconsistencies in State policies & making various recommendations. An expert panel will briefly review the report & provide a blueprint to assist municipalities with their sick & vacation leave policies. The second workshop that Mr. Hannon will present is an "Interest Arbitration & Negotiations Update" which will take place November 17th.
