2019 NJSBA Mid-Year Meeting

Join Partners Dina M. Mastellone and Kathleen Barnett Einhorn as they present to the New Jersey State Bar Association in San Juan, Puerto Rico.  On Friday, November 8th Ms. Einhorn will present "Que Hiciste?! Emergent Relief in State and Federal Court".

Dina M. Mastellone will then join local counsel in presenting " Hurricane Maria and Beyond: Impacts of Natural Disasters and States of Emergency on the Workplace"on Saturday, November 9th. 

This seminar presented by the Labor and Employment Law Section will explore the legal challenges employers and employees need to address in the face of a natural disaster or state of emergency. Employers and employees alike are often unprepared for the fallout caused by unexpected workplace closures, of both short and long duration. The featured presentation will be from a local attorney who will describe in detail the disruption caused by Hurricane Maria and how workplaces responded and adapted.
