Judson Stein and Lauren Ahern to Present at NJICLE Estate Planning Seminar

Firm Partner Judson M. Stein will moderate and Associate Lauren M. Ahern will speak at a daylong seminar titled “2019 Estate Planning College: Everything You Need To Create Estate Plans That Stand the Test of Time” on Tuesday, April 30^th at the Wilshire Grand Hotel in West Orange, NJ. The program will be hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

The seminar will teach attorneys everything they’ll need to know to properly and confidently create and execute successful and lasting estate plans for their clients, such as the requirements for writing, witnessing and safekeeping wills; different types of trusts, Estate Planning for Non-Probate Wealth and Disabled Beneficiaries, Probate Practice in New Jersey, and recent developments in New Jersey Probate and Estate Tax Law.

The seminar has been approved for 6.7 CLE credit hours in New Jersey.
