Jennifer Mazawey to Present NJICLE Land Use Seminar

Firm Partner and Vice Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Land Use Section, Jennifer Mazawey, will participate as a speaker for an online NJICLE webinar entitled “Avoiding Pitfalls in the Land Use Notice Process” on Wednesday, February 6th. The webinar will cover the importance of public notices in land use applications and how property owners, developers, and the general public can draft and publish notices that are thorough so that 1) their hearings and approvals are not delayed, and 2) the notices can withstand challenges or even threats of challenges that could result in lengthy litigation.

The moderator of this webinar will be Richard S. Schkolnick, Esq. of Brown Moskowitz & Kallen, PC and Past Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Land Use Law Section. Joining Ms. Mazawey as a speaker will be Donna M. Jennings, Esq. of Wilentz Goldman & Spitzer, PA, and Past Chair of the NJSBA Land Use Section.
