John Petrella to Speak at NJICLE 2018 Labor & Employment Law Forum

Firm Partner John C. Petrella, Chair of the firm’s Employment Law & Litigation Practice Group, will join a panel of some of the State’s leading legal practitioners at a New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education seminar entitled the “2018 Labor and Employment Law Forum”. This program, presented in conjunction with the New Jersey State Bar Association Labor & Employment Section, will provide attendees with concrete knowledge and practical insights into the year’s most recent developments, hear case law update, learn insights into trade secrets and non-compete matters, and gain valuable insights about employment litigation and how to best settle cases. Mr. Petrella will join his fellow panelists to provide attendees new insights they can apply to their practices and cases.

The event is scheduled to take place February 28^th at the APA Hotel Woodbridge in Iselin and has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.7 hours of total CLE credit.
