Judson Stein to Present for NJICLE’s Estate Planning College

Judson M. Stein, Chair of the Firm's Trusts & Estates Practice Group, will present a program entitled, "Estate Planning Primer, Including an Overview of Federal Death Taxes", on April 4 at the 2017 Estate Planning College. This all day NJICLE course  is presented in cooperation with the Real Property Trust and Estate Law Section and Senior Lawyers Committee and will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center.

This program will delve into the critical details of estate planning you need to know, making you aware of things to consider and providing you with a roadmap that you can use in your practice. Attendees will come away with a broad understanding of what’s involved in working with clients and will provide a practical foundation needed to practice effectively and with confidence.

Mr. Stein is Chair of the Firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group and a Partner in the Non-Profit and Tax-Exempt Organizations Practice Group.
