Counsel Joseph M. Hannon Presenting Seminar at the 101st Annual New Jersey State League of Municipalities Conference

Firm Counsel and League Labor Relations Counsel, Joseph M. Hannon will be presenting a seminar today at the New Jersey League of Municipalities 2016 Convention entitled, “Disciplinary Actions in the Public Sector”. This session will focus on all aspects of the disciplinary process from the investigation stage through the handling of the matter on appeal. Mr. Hannon will discuss the difference between handling disciplinary actions in the civilian, civil service municipalities versus non-civil service municipalities, and display actions involving uniformed personnel.
