Genova Burns Partner Rebecca Moll Freed is presenting two seminars for the National Business Institute today on the topics of Liability of Directors & Officers and Advising on Operational Issues. Ms. Freed will discuss a broad range of topics including fiduciary duties and indemnification, strategies for board policy-making, solicitation and fundraising activities, lobbying, and political campaign activities.

Ms. Freed is Chair of the Firm’s Corporate Political Activity Group, the Non-Profit and Tax Exempt Organization Practice Group and Vendor Political Activity & Ethics Compliance Training & Audit Programs and is a member of the Public Contract Law & Bid Protest Litigation Practice Group.
