Keith Krauss on Panel at Annual Tax Seminar

Firm Counsel Keith A. Krauss will participate on a panel entitled “Business Exit Strategies for Closely Held Businesses” at the upcoming New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants Annual Tax Seminar at Bergen Community College. Mr. Krauss will join his co-panelists in an informative discussion on mergers and acquisitions, gifts and trusts and employee stock ownership plans. The panel will also delve into liquidating events such as selling one’s business and how to grow one’s business in anticipation of a liquidating event.
