Firm Partner Rebecca Moll Freed presented a seminar on Friday, October 24th entitled “NJ Campaign Finance Law, Pay-to-Play Restrictions & Voluntary Employee PACs: Developing an Ethical & Effective Political Activity Compliance Program” for the New Jersey Utilities Association. The seminar focused on New Jersey’s regulated industry ban and pay-to-play restrictions and was designed to give attendees an understanding of the steps that their company needs to take to establish an effective Political Activity Compliance Program.
