Rebecca Moll Freed to Present Procurement Workshop for Hudson County Chamber of Commerce

On June 25 from 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM, Counsel Rebecca Moll Freed will present a workshop on procurement for the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce. Intended to assist businesses to secure contracts to work for the government, the workshop will help companies develop access to public and private-sector procurement opportunities throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland.

Ms. Freed will discuss the preparation of RFPs and RFQs on the state and local levels. She will be joined by Michael Winter of Choose NJ, a nonprofit that works to drive economic growth for New Jersey, who will provide a hands-on overview of RFP Watch 2.0, an online database that offers access to more than 7,000 contract leads posted each month, and more than $2 billion in contracts awarded each week.

Ms. Freed is a member of the Corporate Political Activity Law, Non-Profit and Tax Exempt Organizations and the Public Contract Law & Bid Protest Litigation Practice Groups; she advises corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, trade associations, charitable organizations, social welfare organizations and political action committees on the legal aspects of their political activities. She also has extensive experience in procurement law, assisting clients in the preparation of RFPs and RFQs on the state and local levels. She has represented numerous clients in bid protest disputes before administrative agencies and before the Appellate Division of New Jersey Superior Court.
