Counsel Dina M. Mastellone to be a Panelist at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting in Atlantic City

Counsel Dina M. Mastellone will be a panelist at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting being held in Atlantic City at the Borgata Hotel and Spa from May 14 – May 16, 2014.  Ms. Mastellone’s panel, “Did They Just Ask Me That? Employment Empowerment,” co-sponsored by the Lawyers in Transition Committee, Labor and Employment Law Section, Women in the Profession Section, Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender Rights Law Section and Young Lawyers Division, will provide empowering information for the first time job seeker, the experienced attorney seeking a change, and anyone seeking a satisfying employment experience. The program will detail the Fair Labor Standards Act and will feature experiences of NJSBA members with commentary from experienced employment attorneys and human resource professionals. The program will provide employees and employers alike with up to date guidance on what to expect when being hired and how to provide a professional, satisfying and compliant experience for employees. The program also will offer CLE credits to attendees. Ms. Mastellone is the Secretary and Vice Chair Elect for the Women in the Profession Section and is on the Executive Committee of the Labor and Employment Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
