Patrick McGovern will speak at the Hospitals and Health Systems and Labor and Employment Practice Groups Joint Mid-Year Luncheon

Patrick McGovern will address the Hospital Law Institute's Hospitals and Health Systems and Labor and Employment Practice Groups on the topic of "Preempting a Corporate Campaign at Your Hospital" as part of the Groups' mid-year luncheon on February 14 in Orlando.  The presentation will focus on legal counsel's role and concerns in defending a union organizing campaign at a hospital.  Mr. McGovern focuses his practice on labor and employment related issues.
