- The Honorable Harvey Weissbard J.A.D. (Retired) has almost 40 years of experience as an attorney and a judge at both the trial and appellate levels. For eight years, he presided as a judge in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Before being appointed the judgeship, Judge Weissbard tried numerous civil and criminal trials in state and federal courts.
- Nicholas R. Amato, Esq. spent over 30 years in government, business and law and has significant expertise in resolving disputes fairly for those with diverse interests. Prior to joining Genova Burns, Mr. Amato held several senior positions including Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Colony/Resorts Hotels and Casinos, President of the New Jersey Casino Association, Executive Director of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority, Essex County Executive and Essex County Surrogate.
- Joseph A. Bottitta, Esq., the 100th President of the New Jersey State Bar Association, has practiced law for 25 years. He represents corporations and individuals specializing in insurance and real estate. Mr. Bottitta has more than 13 years of business experience. He led New Jersey Lawyer Services from 2000 to 2012. Mr. Bottitta serves on the United States District Court, District of New Jersey Panel of Mediators and is an Arbitrator for the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. Mr. Bottitta has been appointed to the New Jersey Supreme Court’s Special Committee on Attorney Ethics and Admissions, which reviews recent American Bar Association (ABA) amendments to the Model Rules of Professional Conduct and standards for admission to practice law for attorneys from other jurisdictions.
