Trade Associations

Genova Burns serves as general counsel to a number of trade associations. In this role, the Firm provides guidance on non-profit law compliance, commercial contracts, employment agreements, real estate transactions, corporate governance and HR audits and training. We also assist trade associations and their members with matters related to political activity, lobbying and government contracts.
