Our Energy & Utility Group has well-honed expertise in energy and utility law, policy and regulation. We have experience working with government entities and state and federal agencies, including the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Our Energy & Utility team also works with the Firm’s  Environmental Law Practice Group, which gives them a unique understanding of clean-energy programs and policy.
