Nicholas R. Amato Discusses Sports Betting in Law360 Article

Nicholas R. Amato was quoted in a recent Law360 article entitled “Sports Betting in NJ Months Away After High Court Win”.  As Director of the firm’s Casino and Gaming Law Practice Group, Mr. Amato stated “I think when you have gaming to this extent, it needs to be regulated for the protection of the tracks and the casinos, but more importantly for the protection of the consumer” citing that regulation makes "everyone who wants to be feel safe."

Mr. Amato is a former executive director of the New Jersey Casino Reinvestment Development Authority and a past president of the Casino Association of New Jersey.
