Firm Counsel Rajiv D. Parikh, served as General Counsel to State Assemblywoman Bonnie Watson Coleman’s campaign for the Democratic nomination for Congress in the 12th Congressional District. While the race to replace retiring U.S. Rep. Rush Holt was called “possibly the state's tightest primary this year” by NJ.com,  Assm. Watson Coleman won the nomination with approximately 42% of the vote. If successful in November's general election, Assm. Watson Coleman will be the first African-American female member of Congress, and the first woman representing New Jersey in Congress since 2003.
