Montagna, Esq. will present on the Corporate Transparency Act at an upcoming New Jersey State Bar Association virtual seminar entitled, "Solving Problems in Commercial Real Estate Transactions" on July 18th. This seminar is presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Real Property Trust and Estate Law Section.

Program Description

This definitive course on commercial real estate transactions in New Jersey will teach attendees how to craft and negotiate contracts and leases that protect clients against untoward or excessive risk.
