Joseph Hannon to Present for the New Jersey State League of Municipalities

Counsel Joseph M. Hannon will present a program entitled, "Avoiding Wage and Hour Pitfalls Avoiding Wage and Hour Pitfalls and Hot Topics in the Union/Management Relationship", for the New Jersey State League of Municipalities (NJSLOM) today. This first part of this program will focus on wage and hour issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act that commonly affect public employers.  The second part of the program will discuss the union and management relationship and discuss timely issues pertaining to same.
