Brian W. Kronick to Speak at New Jersey State League of Municipalities Professional Development Seminar

Partner Brian W. Kronick will speak at the New Jersey State League of Municipalities Seminar entitled, “Maintaining a Safe Community within Current Budget Constraints: A Discussion on Budgeting, Shared Services, and Labor Negotiations” Mr. Kronick and others will cover topics such as the impact of budget limitations and loss of state aid; long term financial and operational planning; layoffs, furloughs and reduction in force methods; managing reduced staffing levels and its affect on overall public safety; shared services; and allaying public concerns.
